If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt free of charge. Returned item(s) will be refunded.

Please note: Shipping charges will not be refunded.

For the return or exchange of WovenWisp products purchased from any other authorized retailer, please contact your retailer directly.

Damaged Items

If your items are received damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to vivianagadsen168@outlook.com with the subject line: DAMAGED
